This is for relaxation. In our locality, we call it the lazy chair. It is a typical nerve relaxer. if you fail to realize how exhausted you are try sitting on one of this chair with your body inclined, you would immediately fall asleep. It should recommended for administrator's office, especially when they need a 15 minutes dose, to lift the pressure of them. Note that the mind fails to think properly when under severe pressure.
